Terms of Service
- Prices are for personal and commercial use only. This includes use for streaming and videos. Using my work for distribution (ex: publishing music, etc.) is prohibited.
- For original songs for distribution, please contact me!
- Please include credit to me @ubeonthemic whenever using my work! This includes in streams, video descriptions, tweets, etc.
- I retain the original copyright, and therefore the right to use works for personal purposes (primarily for my private portfolio). The commissioner will be anonymized for privacy concerns.Pricing
- Starting at $75 for simple BGM, $150 for standard BGM. Prices are negotiated after an estimation.
- Prices may change during the commission, which will be declared for approval prior to billing
- The bundle deal is comprised of a complex BGM + 3 alerts for a discount of 12% total.
- Prices are in USD, paid through PayPal invoices. A discount of 4% will be applied if you choose to pay in CAD.
- 50% of the initial price must be paid upfront, the remainder is to be paid when project is completed to receive the files
- Once commission work has started, no refunds are accepted. If there is a cancellation, all further fees will be dropped.

Privacy and Disclosure- All personal information is strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone, ever
- Please disclose whether the project will be private until a certain date (i.e. VTuber debut)Waitlist Rules- If the commission status is set to "Open", requests will be accepted and started as soon as possible.
- If the commission status is set to "Waitlist", then waitlist applications will be accepted.
- If the commission status is set to "Closed", I will be unlikely to be able to respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- The project must be approved before a position on the waitlist can be claimed.
- Waitlisted clients must pay 10% upfront to hold position. This deposit will be credited to the final bill.
- The waitlisting fee is non-refundable.Info
- Commission will be a completed original approx. 2 minute composition in both an .mp3 and .wav file format for commercial use
- Standard tracks will include a music visualizer .mp4 file
- Projects can take ~1-3 weeks to complete, but varies depending on client's response time, number of revisions, complexity, and other outside variables

Heyo, I'm Ube on the Mic, a virtual musical artist! I'm excited to publish music in the very near future, and I hope you'll support my project!I'm experienced in songwriting, singing/rapping, producing, and composing, but I'm constantly expanding my skillset. I have been producing music for over 4 years, writing songs even before that, and I'm completely self taught!I love to give alternative, indie, low fidelity spins to contemporary pop and hiphop. I'm also broadening my genre range and learning more traditional, soundtrack-style composition.I love to work very closely with my clients to ensure their vision is realized as closely as possible, and my signature sound will make your track one of a kind!
